Extra cleaning on our buses, trains and at stations

Our buses, trains and stations are being thoroughly cleaned in line with government guidelines, including anywhere passengers may touch regularly.

We’re working around the clock to ensure you can travel safely and with confidence on public transport.

Buses

All bus operators across Wales have strict cleaning measures in place, including safety measures to keep all drivers on the network as safe as possible in line with Welsh Government guidance.

Trains

We’re cleaning our trains thoroughly and more frequently. Our cleaning teams are working day and night to clean our trains and we’ve employed more cleaners to keep them clean.

We’re focusing on heavily used areas such as armrests, handrails and tabletops. We’re also making sure our toilets are well stocked with soap.

We’re using an anti-viral cleaning product with a 7-day protection period, which is the best product currently available.

Stations

We’re also increasing cleaning at our stations and particularly focusing on heavily used areas such as handrails and ticket machines.  We’re also making sure our toilets are well stocked with soap.

We’re using an anti-viral cleaning product with a 7-day protection period, which is the best product currently available.
