The Women in Transport Advance programme offers structured, professional mentoring for women working in transport and has supported 250 mentees and mentors over the past five years. This open event is an opportunity to meet some of our Advance mentors and mentees and hear their experience of mentoring. The benefits as well as the challenges, realities and practicalities - the "good, bad and the ugly". Come along and hear more from our alumni and ask any questions you have in a safe and inclusive forum.
