Due to the emergency services dealing with an incident at Abergavenny (AGV):
Services may be delayed by up to 60 minutes.
Services may be cancelled in both directions between Newport (South Wales) (NWP) and Hereford (HFD).
We expect the incident to last until 17:00 and disruption to services is expected from 13:00 until 18:00.
Following the emergency services dealing with an incident in the Abergavenny area earlier today, the incident has now cleared, and services are now able to run. Residual delays and cancellations can be expected until 17:00.

Alternative Travel Options:
We have organised buses to run between Newport (South Wales) and Hereford, and Hereford and Shrewsbury to assist customers to complete journeys where possible at no extra cost. These will arrive at:
- Newport (South Wales) at approximately 14:15 provided by Teulu Travel and Star
- Hereford at approximately 15:30 provided by JKT International
- Shrewsbury at approximately 14:15 by Regional, Keanes Coaches and Pats Coaches
These arrangements are in place on services until further notice.

- Stagecoach South Wales, Route 23 between Hereford and Newport
- Stagecoach South Wales, X24 - Pontypool and Newport via Cwmbran
- Stagecoach South Wales routes x3, 11 and 21 between Pontypool and Cwmbran
