Due to engineering works not being finished on time at Cardiff Central (CDF):
Services may be delayed by up to 20 minutes.
Services may be cancelled in the whole Valleys network area.
We expect the incident to last until 06:30 and disruption to services is expected until further notice.
Network Rail and Amey Infrastructure have been carrying out planned engineering works at Cardiff Central.
Unfortunately, we have been told the work will take longer than anticipated to complete.
As a result, services this morning on the Valleys network are likely to be delayed, cancelled or revised.
We will publish more information here, once we have received an update from the infrastructure teams.
