Due to severe weather between Machynlleth (MCN) and Pwllheli (PWL):

We expect the incident to last until 11:00 and disruption to services is expected until 13:00.

Following suspension of services between Machynlleth and Pwllheli owing to severe weather conditions, services are now able to run. Residual delays can be expected until 13:00. We expect the first train to run through to be the 10:55 from Machynlleth to Pwllheli.

Due to severe weather between Llandudno Junction (LLJ) and Blaenau Ffestiniog (BFF):

We expect the incident to last until 23:59 and disruption to services is expected until 23:59.

We have been made aware of severe weather conditions affecting services between Llandudno Junction and Blaenau Ffestiniog.

For safety, train services are unable to run through the area.

Our services between Llandudno Junction and Blaenau Ffestiniog will be suspended in both directions until further notice.

Given the nature of the disruption, we are unable to provide an estimated time as to when the line will reopen. Rail and road conditions will be reviewed throughout the day.

Alternative Travel Options:

We have organised buses to run between Llandudno Junction and Blaenau Ffestiniog to assist customers to complete journeys where possible at no extra cost. These will arrive at Llandudno Junction at approximately 10:25 provided by Llew Jones Coaches, and at Blaenau Ffestiniog at approximately 11:39 provided by Llew Jones Coaches.

Road Transport will take longer than rail services. Please allow extra time to complete your journey.

Services may be cancelled in both directions between Crewe (CRE) and Manchester Piccadilly (MAN).
