Cancelled service notification 

You can either obtain a full fee-free refund if an alternative service is unsuitable or you'll be permitted to travel on the previous two or next two available services to the one that is cancelled, at no extra cost.

  • For a full refund you'll need to phone 03333 211 202 option 2 (tickets and online enquiries) and inform us that you've received a 'cancelled service' notification.
  • Or you can tell the Conductor of the cancelled notification when presenting your ticket if you've chosen to travel on another service.

 

Your journey time has changed notification

You can either obtain a full fee-free refund if the re-timed service is unsuitable for you or you can travel on the re-timed service with no additional cost.

  • For a full refund you'll need to phone 03333 211 202 option 2 (tickets and online enquiries) and inform us that you've received a 'Your journey time has changed' notification.

 

Your train will no longer be stopping at notification 

You can either obtain a full fee-free refund or you can get on/off the train at the nearest station.

  • For a full refund you'll need to phone 03333 211 202 option 2 (tickets and online enquiries) and inform us that you've received a 'Your train will no longer be stopping at' notification.
