Transport for Wales believe that loyalty should be rewarded. That’s why we’re giving back to our customers who regularly travel with us by trialling a subscription-based mobile ticketing app called JurnyOn.
This app allows you to purchase a railcard-style product on a monthly basis, allowing you to gain discounts on your Advance journeys.
You’ll also earn loyalty points on your journeys purchased through the app, which can be used to reduce the cost of your monthly subscription.

How does it work?
1. Download and Sign-up
Get started by downloading the app on IOS and creating your free account.
2. Book and Save
Buy your TfW advance tickets through the app and start earning loyalty points or unlock instant savings by choosing a subscription that suits you.
3. Travel Happy
Sit back, enjoy the ride and watch your points grow.
You will gain points at the rate of 1 point per mile travelled, equalling 1 pence to put towards offsetting the cost of your subscription. Once you reach the equivalent cash value for your tier, you can redeem your loyalty points against the subscription cost. For example, if you accrue 190 loyalty points, you can ‘trade’ these for access to the silver tier subscription discount, which has an equivalent value of £1.90 per month.
