What is JurnyOn?
You’ll gain points per mile travelled, equal to 1 pence per mile to put towards offsetting the cost of your subscription. Once you reach the cash value for your tier, you can redeem your loyalty points against the subscription cost.
For example, if you accrue 190 loyalty points, you can ‘trade’ these for access to the silver tier subscription discount, which has an equivalent value of £1.90 per month.

How do I use a JurnyOn ticket?
You’ll get an e-ticket when you buy through JurnyOn. These can be downloaded in the app and shown on your phone.
Can I get a JurnyOn ticket for return journeys?
JurnyOn is used on Advance single tickets. However, you can buy multiple tickets for lots of travel. You’ll be able to mix and match your tickets for the lowest price available.
How early can I book a JurnyOn ticket?
Like all Advance tickets, you can buy up to 12 weeks early. Tickets are cheaper the earlier you buy them.
Can I use a Railcard with a JunryOn ticket?
No, JurnyOn is designed for people who don’t qualify for a Railcard, offering them discounted prices for regular train travel.
