Engineering work is taking place between Barry and Bridgend, closing some lines.
As a result, the 22:41 Cardiff Central to Bridgend service will terminate at Barry. A replacement bus service will operate between Barry and Bridgend, calling at Rhoose Cardiff International Airport and Llantwit Major.

Amended service via Cardiff Queen Street from Sunday 27 October to Friday 1 November
Engineering work is taking place at Cardiff Queen Street, closing some lines.
Alterations to the train service:
Trains to / from from Treherbert, Aberdare, Merthyr Tydfil will divert between Radyr and Cardiff Central, not stopping at Llandaf, Cathays and Cardiff Queen Street. These trains will therefore arrive and depart from Cardiff Central at different times to usual. This is from Sunday to Friday.
Trains between from Barry Island / Bridgend and Rhymney / Bargoed / Caerphilly (via Rhoose Cardiff International Airport) will run between Barry Island / Bridgend and Cardiff Central only. This is from Sunday to Friday.
Daytime services between Pontypridd and Cardiff Central will decrease to 3 per hour on Sunday and 6 per hour from Monday to Saturday only.
Ninian Park, Waun-gron Park, Fairwater and Danescourt will continue to be served by trains with frequency levels unchanged compared to the regular timetable.
Rail replacement bus information:
Buses will replace trains between Radyr and Cardiff Central via Llandaf, Cathays and Cardiff Queen Street from Sunday to Friday.
Buses will replace trains between Rhymney, Bargoed and Caerphilly and Cardiff Central from Sunday to Friday.
A half-hourly rail replacement service will be in operation between Cardiff Central and Penarth from Monday to Friday.
Alternative travel options:
Ticket acceptance will be in place with Cardiff Bus between Cardiff City Centre and Coryton and Cardiff Bay from Sunday to Friday.
Additional supplementary ticket acceptance is in place with Cardiff Bus on routes 92, 93 and 94 between Cardiff City Centre and Penarth from Monday to Friday only.
Other engineering work:
Please note that Barry Island and Bridgend services will be further affected on Sunday 27 October due to separate engineering work between Cardiff Central and Bridgend via Pontyclun, operating at reduced and altered frequencies to accommodate diverted trains.

Amended Transport for Wales services between Crewe and Manchester Piccadilly from Monday 28 to Thursday 31 October
Engineering work is taking place between Crewe and Manchester Piccadilly, closing some lines.
The 17:00 Milford Haven to Manchester Piccadilly service will terminate at Crewe. A replacement bus service will operate between Crewe and Manchester Piccadilly, calling at Wilmslow and Stockport.
The 22:32 Manchester Piccadilly to Shrewsbury service will start at Crewe at 23:18. A replacement bus will run from Stockport at 21:58, calling at Wilmslow at 22:23 and arriving into Crewe at 23:08 to connect with the train which departs Crewe at 23:18. Customers travelling from Manchester Piccadilly can use other operators services from Manchester Piccadilly to Stockport to connect with this bus.

Trains to / from Carmarthen will run between Swansea and Carmarthen only. Trains to / from Swansea / Neath / Port Talbot Parkway / Bridgend will be retimed to run earlier or later than usual.
Transport for Wales:
Buses will replace trains between Bridgend and Cardiff Central via Pontyclun.
Trains that usually run via Pontyclun will be retimed to start earlier or later than usual, and will be diverted to run via Barry with extended journey times. These trains will also run to an amended timetable.
