Due to an operational incident at Cwmbran (CWM):
Services will be cancelled from Chester (CTR) towards Shrewsbury (SHR).
We expect the incident to last until 00:30 and disruption to services is expected from 22:15 until 00:30.
What's Happened?
Due to an operational incident earlier today the 22:22 Service from Chester to Cardiff Central is starting at Shrewsbury.
We have organised a bus at Chester calling at all stations to Shrewsbury to assist customers to complete their journey at no extra cost. This will arrive at Chester at approximately 22:22 and will be provided by Pats Coaches. For passengers travelling onward towards Cardiff Central the train at Shrewsbury will wait for the incoming bus to maintain Customer connections.
