Due to more trains than usual needing repairs at the same time between Welshpool (WLP) and Aberystwyth (AYW):
We expect the incident to last until 04:30 and disruption to services is expected from 06:45 until 10:30.
What's Happened?
Due to a shortage of trains at Machynlleth Depot, we have fewer trains available to run today's service.
Our engineers are working hard to bring trains back into service as quickly as possible. We apologise for any disruption caused to your journey.
The following services have been cancelled and we are currently sourcing rail replacement:
- 06:48 Welshpool to Aberystwyth
- 08:27 Aberystwyth to Shrewsbury
