Warming onion soup topped with rustic croutons and grilled stilton.

Salmon fishcakes
Handmade fishcakes rolled in breadcrumbs served with a dill and mustard sauce, garnished with fresh salad and lemon.

Pork belly bites
Tender pork belly baked in a sweet glaze. Accompanied by creamy garlic mayonnaise and garnished with spring onion.

Main

TfW turkey dinner with all the trimmings
Roasted turkey served with homemade Yorkshire puddings, roasted potatoes, stuffing, pigs in blankets, carrots, sprouts, roasted parsnips and gravy.

Pan-seared sea bass
Sea bass in golden butter, served with celeriac purée, accompanied by smoky bacon, caramelised shallots, chicory, and tender broad beans and finished with a red wine reduction.

Mushroom and chestnut wellington
Wild mushrooms, chestnuts, cranberries, sweet potato and sage rolled in puff pastry. Served with roasted potatoes, carrots, sprouts, roasted parsnips and gravy.
