Our seasonal menus use the finest local ingredients. We like to keep them as fresh as the food we serve and our talented chefs are constantly innovating to bring you delicious new combinations. Take a look at what you can expect when you're travelling with us.

With a drizzle of coriander oil, accompanied by a fresh bread roll with Welsh Shirgar butter.
