Our seasonal menus use the finest local ingredients. We like to keep them as fresh as the food we serve and our talented chefs are constantly innovating to bring you delicious new combinations. Take a look at what you can expect when you're travelling with us.

To start
Carrot soup
With a drizzle of coriander oil, accompanied by a fresh bread roll with Welsh Shirgar butter.
Chicken liver pâté
Served with caramelised red onion chutney, pea shoots and toasted bread.
Welsh lamb kofta
Served on a flatbread with fresh salad and tzatziki.
Your main course
Welsh sirloin steak
With pomme anna potatoes, served on a bed of black garlic and mushroom puree topped with caramelized shallot and rosemary oil.
Pan-fried salmon
Served on a bed of Jersey mash, paired with a creamy Chorizo and pea salad.
Beetroot and red onion tart
Served with Harissa potatoes and a green salad and balsamic glaze
For dessert
Orange chocolate brownie
Served with fresh raspberries and salted caramel sauce. (vegan)
Creme brulee
Served with shortbread.
Welsh cheeseboard
A selection of fine Welsh cheeses - Black Bomber Cheddar, Perl Wen and Perl Las.
We serve them with a warming spiced chutney, crackers and grapes for sweetness.
