Due to forecasted severe weather between Shrewsbury (SHR) and Birmingham International (BHI):
Services will be cancelled in both directions between Shrewsbury (SHR) and Birmingham International (BHI).
We expect the incident to last until 00:30 on 25/06/2026 and disruption to services is expected from 09:00 until 00:30 on 25/06/2026.

Due to severe weather between Llandudno (LLD) and Blaenau Ffestiniog (BFF):
Services will be cancelled in both directions between Llandudno (LLD) and Blaenau Ffestiniog (BFF).
We expect the incident to last until 21:37 on 24/06/2026 and disruption to services is expected from 05:06 on 24/06/2026 until 21:37 on 24/06/2026.
What's Happened?
Due to severe weather, the line is blocked between Llandudno Junction and Blaenau Ffestiniog.
This means our services between Llandudno and Blaenau Ffestiniog are unable to run in either direction.
Please note we expect the line to be closed all day with all train services being replaced by Road replacement transport.

We have organised buses to run between Llandudno and Blaenau Ffestiniog to assist customers to complete journeys where possible at no extra cost. These will arrive at Blaenau Ffestiniog at approximately x0606, 0820, 118, 1422, 1717, 2012 and Llandudno at 0506, 0714, 1016, 1319, 1616, 1908 provided by Llew Jones. Road transport will serve all stations between Lladundo and Blaenau Ffestiniog.
These arrangements are in place on services until 2137.
Road Transport will take longer than rail services. Please allow extra time to complete your journey.
For helpful advice if you need to travel on a rail replacement service, including accessibility and bicycle information, please visit the National Rail website.

A Shuttle will operate servicing stations - Coryton, Whitchurch, Rhiwbina, Birchgrove, Ty Glas and Heath Low Level in both directions. For passengers wishing to travel towards Cardiff Central or Rhymney, please change at Heath Low Level and walk to Heath High Level for connecting train services.
There will be a reduced service Between Cardiff Central and Penarth due to the severe weather forcast.
