On time to 3
‘On Time to 3’ is all trains arriving within three minutes on every scheduled stop on its route.
Our joint target is for us to reach this on 81% of all services in Wales and Borders.

Performance update
This webpage has been created to provide an update on performance to colleagues at Transport for Wales, Network Rail Wales and Borders and Amey Infrastructure Wales. The page also provides an opportunity for feedback on how performance can be improved across any of the three organisations.
Our collaborative approach to improving performance forms the basis of our Tripartite Agreement i.e. our One Railway for Wales Performance Strategy and is essential as we enter a once-in-a-generation transformation of the railway in Wales with new trains being introduced across the country along with enhanced timetables.
