The accessible toilet at London Waterloo on Cab Road is out of use. An alternative accessible toilet is available in the main concourse.

The escalators on platform 20 and platform 23 are out of service. Access to the sidings and Underground can be made via the lift or main concourse.

There are planned works to the passenger lift at exit 2 until 10th March 2025. Station staff will be directing passengers who need to access to London Underground via another lift near Wasabi.

Improvement works are also ongoing on two escalators between the Sidings and the London Underground level, with completion expected by the end of March 2025. Please note, there is no interchange for South Western Railway services via the Peak Hours Subway from the Sidings.
