Services may be delayed by up to 30 minutes.
Services may be cancelled in both directions between Chester (CTR) and Liverpool Lime Street (LIV).
We expect the incident to last until 13:00 and disruption to services is expected until 13:30.
We have been made aware of a problem between Runcorn and Frodsham.
For safety, train services will be running more slowly than normal through the area, with residual delays of around 30 minutes to be expected. Our services from Chester heading towards Liverpool are disrupted.
