I am writing in response to your request for information dated below in which you requested salary (inc bonuses, pension contributions etc) of the Chief Executive Officer, James Price for 2017-18.

Accordingly, this information is reasonably accessible to you by other means and is exempt from disclosure under section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

You also requested James Price’s salary details for 2018-19. James Price is an employee of the Welsh Government, seconded to Transport for Wales. As a result, we do not hold this information.
