I am writing in response to your Freedom of Information request on 12 February 2019, on compensation paid to commuters due to delayed Transport for Wales services.

You asked:

• Are you able to confirm whether this information is available broken down into compensation paid for cancelled services and compensation paid for delayed services?

• Also, is there a way to access the figures for dates prior to October 14, when Arriva Trains Wales were operating?
