Trade Unions are an important part of building our organisation and with that in mind, Transport for Wales has chosen to recognise all unions within the sectors to ensure, as we grow, our ability to work effectively in Social Partnership.

We are keen to take forward a progressive appointment of having a nominated representative of the Union on the Board of Directors, and we are seeking to appoint a Trade Union Representative onto our Board.
