Our Customer Experience and Communications Committee 

The role of our Customer Experience and Communications Committee is to assist the TfW board in fulfilling their overall responsibilities in relation to customer experience and communications. This includes any matters arising from the activities of the company that may affect the general public including passengers, employees and suppliers. The committee:

  • reviews, monitors and provides direction on topics related to customers in pursuit of delivering on the TfW purpose to keep Wales Moving safely 
  • ensures voice of the customer is prioritised and kept at the heart of all that we do
  • works to transform customer experience
  • facilitates open and honest communication with the public
  • oversees digital innovation
