Our Health, Safety and Wellbeing Committee
The role of our Health, Safety and Wellbeing Committee is to advise and assist the TfW board to ensure that their overall responsibilities in relation to health, safety and wellbeing are fulfilled. This includes any matters arising from the activities of the company that may affect the general public including passengers, employees and suppliers. The committee oversees:
- policy adoption, monitoring and review
- compliance
- alignment of company processes with best practice
- investigations
- development and delivery of continuous improvements in health, safety and wellbeing performance
- issues that may have strategic, business or reputational implications for the company
