People, Remuneration and Nominations Committee
The role of our People, Remuneration and Nominations Committee is to oversee all matters relating to the company’s people strategy, remuneration and TfW Board nominations, as well as any matters arising from the activities of the company as they affect the general public including passengers, employees and suppliers. The committee:
- organisation structure and succession planning
- compliance with TfW Human Resource policies
- training and development
- remuneration policy and implementation
- board and sub-committee nominations
