Due to more trains than usual needing repairs at the same time between Chester (CTR) and Liverpool Lime Street (LIV):
Services will be cancelled in both directions between Chester (CTR) and Liverpool Lime Street (LIV).
We expect the incident to last until 18:45 and disruption to services is expected from 14:30 until 19:15.
Your ticket can be used with Merseyrail between Chester and Liverpool Lime Street in both directions until 19:00 to help you complete your journey at no extra cost.
When our services resume we expect the first train to run through to be the 18:43 from Chester and the 19:47 from Liverpool Lime Street.
