Due to a points failure between Barry (BRY) and Barry Island (BYI):
Services will be cancelled in both directions between Barry (BRY) and Barry Island (BYI).
We expect the incident to last until 16:00 and disruption to services is expected from 14:48 until 19:30.
We have been made aware of a signalling problem between Barry and Barry Island.
As a result, train services will not be able to run through the area until the signalling system is working normally.
Our colleagues at Network Rail/Amey Infrastructure are aware of the problem and technicians are currently en route to the affected area/signalling.
We will publish more information here, once we have received an update from the infrastructure technicians.
