St Albans City Footbridge Refurbishment

From 28 April, essential refurbishment works will be taking place on parts of the footbridge at this station.

For approximately 2 weeks, there will be no lift access to platform 4 from the Station Way entrance. For step free access to platform 4, please use the Ridgmont car park entrance, which can be accessed via Victoria Street.

From 12 May, for approximately 2 weeks, there will be no lift access to platform 1. For step free access to platforms 2/3/4, please use the Ridgmont car park entrance, which can be accessed via Victoria Street.

Throughout this period, step free interchange between platforms 1 and 4 will be via different entrances. If you require assistance, please speak to station staff.
