Due to severe weather between Bridgend (BGN) and Maesteg (MST):
Services will be cancelled in both directions between Maesteg (MST) and Bridgend (BGN).
We expect the incident to last until the end of the day and disruption to services is expected from 05:00 until the end of the day.
What's Happened?
Due to a shortage of trains caused by extreme heat, services between Bridgend and Maesteg will be cancelled.

Alternative Travel Options:
We have organised buses to run between Bridgend and Maesteg to assist customers to complete journeys where possible at no extra cost.
These will depart Bridgend every hour at XX:48 from 06:48 until 21:48, as well as departures at 22:36 and 23:52.
Departures from Maesteg will run every hour at XX:35 from 05:35 until 21:35, as well as a final departure at 22:15.
These services will be provided by Forge Travel.
Road Transport will take longer than rail services. Please allow extra time to complete your journey.
