What is TrawsCymru?
Traws Cymru is our network of longer distance bus services. It’s part of the integrated public transport network in Wales that includes buses, trains, walking and cycling.
Funded by the Welsh Government, TrawsCymru buses provide vital transport links for Welsh communities. They link with rail services, allowing you to make your whole journey using public transport, whether that’s for work, a family day out, or perhaps exploring the scenic beauty of Wales in a way that’s kinder to its environment.
There’s lots happening to make bus services work better, with more integrated services that better meet your needs. There’re also exciting technological advances that will reduce emissions from buses, including the introduction of buses powered by electricity.
