Due to more trains than usual needing repairs at the same time between Cardiff Central (CDF) and Swansea (SWA):
Services may be cancelled in both directions between Cardiff Central (CDF) and Swansea (SWA).
We expect the incident to last until 09:30 and disruption to services is expected until 09:30.
What's Happened?
Due to a shortage of trains, the 07:39 service from Cardiff Central to Swansea is cancelled.
Customers expecting to travel on this service should travel on the next service which departs Cardiff Central at 08:08.
For customers wishing to travel to Pyle, Baglan, Britton Ferry, Skewen and Llansamlet, we have organised a bus to meet the incoming Maesteg service at Bridgend to assist customers to complete their journey at no extra cost.
This will arrive at Bridgend at approximately 08:50 and will be provided by Cymru Coaches.
Your ticket can be used on the bus at no extra cost.
Road Transport will take longer than rail services. Please allow extra time to complete your journey.
