Contactless pay as you go is already making train travel easier on TfW and Cross-Country services across our South Wales Metro network.
By registering your payment method on the TfW app, you can:
- See your full pay as you go journey and payment history in one place.

- Get alerted if you forget to tap out, to avoid extra charges.

Change your ticket for free
If your journey plans change after you buy an Advance ticket, you can use our app to make changes to the date and time of your booking until up to 18.00 on the day before travel - unlike other apps, we won’t charge you for this.
