Due to a broken down train between Machynlleth (MCN) and Pwllheli (PWL):

Services will be delayed by up to 20 minutes.

Services will be cancelled in both directions between Pwllheli (PWL) and Machynlleth (MCN).

We expect the incident to last until 09:30 and disruption to services is expected until 11:30.

We have been made aware of a broken down train between Machynlleth and Barmouth

Our services between Machynlleth and Pwllheli are disrupted in both directions.

Please travel as planned but expect delays and cancellations on your journey

Alternative Travel Options:

We have organised buses to run between Fairbourne and Pwllheli as well as between Pwllheli and Machynlleth to assist customers to complete journeys where possible at no extra cost. These will arrive at Fairbourne heading towards Pwllheli at approximately 09:20 provided by Lloyds Coaches.

These arrangements are in place on services until further notice).

Road Transport will take longer than rail services. Please allow extra time to complete your journey.

Services will be delayed by up to 29 minutes.

Services may be cancelled in both directions between Chester (CTR) and Holyhead (HHD).

We expect the incident to last until 09:00 and disruption to services is expected until 10:00.

Additional information 

Any non-standard requests will incur additional charges.
Filming is not permitted within peak hours - except by prior approval
On-board filming does not give sole use of any areas, if these are required, additional charged will be made on a case-by-case basis
Requests for short term access will carry a 50% surcharge if accepted
All costs are exclusive of VAT
