Overview
Barmouth station is located in the charming seaside resort of Barmouth, with the current building being opened by the Great Western Railway in 1901. Awarded its Grade II listing in 1988, the station was designed by the famous architect W.H. Broome and features a distinctive red-and-white brick construction.
Barmouth station is on the Cambrian Coast Line, which runs from Machynlleth to Porthmadog. Served by our trains between Shrewsbury and Pwllheli, most trains call at every station between Machynlleth and Pwllheli.
