Overview

Serving the North Wales town of Flint, this incredibly picturesque station, with its clean whitewashed exterior opened its doors in 1848. Showcasing the height of Victorian architecture, the Italianate features are beautifully preserved, ensuring its 2008 victory as the Best Station in the UK.

The two platforms serve Manchester Piccadilly, the seaside resort of Llandudno, and Crewe with trains running throughout the day, and the station is home to a remarkable sculpture by local artist Brian Fell.
