The Welsh capital city of Cardiff is a popular holiday destination, welcoming nearly 22 million visitors annually from around the world. It offers plenty of things to do to keep all the family happy.
The rich history, colourful culture and attractions that include the castle, cathedral, live music and sports, ensure that there’s something that everyone will love, and it need not break the bank either.
1. Go Wild in the Jungle at Treetop Adventure Golf
In the centre of Cardiff lies a secret jungle, a world of Amazonian spirit walkers, wild beasts and small white balls - Treetop Adventure Golf.
The 18-hole course will see you navigate your way through the leafy rainforest canopy, past brightly coloured toucans and singing frogs, whilst thunder and lightning crash all around. If you survive this challenge, try your club at the next 18-hole course. Through the land of the Aztecs, try to appease the ancient spirits, and cross the Mystic River.
Fun for players and watchers alike, there’s plenty to get involved in at the Treetop Adventure from student days and quiet sessions to enjoy a meal in the on-site restaurant. Fabulous fun whether you’ve played before or not, this is a great way to spend a day out.
