What's Happened?
Due to a train fault the 11:27 Service from Swansea to Cardiff is cancelled at multiple stations.
We have organised a bus to meet the incoming service at Swansea to assist customers to complete their journey at no extra cost. This will arrive at Swansea at approximately 12:30 and will be provided by Francis.
Your ticket can be used on the 12:22 Swansea to Cardiff GWR service at no extra cost.
