- What types of train tickets can you get?
- Prices have inflated a lot over the past few years, especially for the transport sector, but feel safe in the knowledge we are doing all we can to keep our fares low without compromising on our superior quality service. We have always kept ours as low as possible and offer discounts for seniors, students and frequent travellers alike. Explore our range of budget friendly tickets here.
- Do the trains have free WiFi?
- The majority of our services have complimentary WiFi available for you to use. Click here to find out details on how to use it and more.
- What are the accessibility options for TfW trains?
- We understand it can be daunting to travel on public transport if you have additional needs, but we are committed to making travel safe and accessible for all our passengers. We have installed numerous features, such as bookable spaces for wheelchairs with ample room, accessible pushbuttons for all the doors and you can book assistance with us for even more support. You can check out the services we provide and the changes we are making here.
- Can I take my dog on the train?
- Dogs and other pets are more than welcome on board our trains. As long as they don't upset any of the other passengers, you can bring two animals along per passenger. All we ask is that they don't take up any of the seats and are restrained on a lead or in a carrier for cats and smaller animals.
