Order a snack easily from the comfort of your seat

If don’t fancy visiting the food bar, why not try our at-seat ordering service? It’s quick, easy and convenient to use.

Simply point your phone’s camera at the QR code on your table or the back of the seat in front of you and select the website option. This may be found at the top or bottom of your screen depending on your phone. If the QR code isn’t there or your phone doesn’t recognise it, please follow this link to easily input your journey details.

You’ll be able to view the range of tasty snacks and drinks we have available including hearty breakfast baps, freshly made sandwiches with your choice of bread, yummy sweet treats and healthier alternatives, moreish savoury snacks, hot drinks and beers and spirits brought to you from authentic Welsh food and drink producers. Have a look and see what you fancy.

When you’ve made your choice, add your seat number - ask your host if you’re not sure what this is. Place your order and pay and we’ll bring it right to your seat. 

 

What if what I’d like isn’t available?

Your host will let you know and see if you’d like something else. Don’t worry, payment will only leave your account when what you’ve chosen has been served to you. If we can’t serve it for any reason, you won’t be charged.

 

Which services include at-seat ordering?

At the moment, at-seat ordering is only available on our Premier Service between Cardiff and Holyhead and Cardiff and Manchester. We plan to make it available on all our trains that provide on-board food and drink and we’ll let you know when this happens.

 

How do I find allergen information?

If you have an allergy or intolerance, the information you need will appear on the screen when you’re selecting what you’d like to eat or drink.

You can also ask your host if you’re unsure or would like further information.
