  • Allergy information
    • Dietary requirements

Our chefs love cooking food you’ll enjoy, but we prepare our dishes in areas where allergenic ingredients are present, so we can’t guarantee that our dishes are 100 percent free of allergens.

Please speak to a member of our food and drink team if you have any questions and we’ll do our best to help.

If you have any dietary requirements, such as a food allergy or intolerance, please let us know when you order. We’ll be happy to help.

Our food is made freshly on our trains every day. Our chefs will try to prepare dishes that meet your dietary needs whenever possible.

We’ll always do our best to avoid cross-contamination. We can’t guarantee any of our dishes are entirely free of allergens. This is because we handle foods containing flour, eggs, milk, nuts and other allergens in our kitchens.
