Due to a fault with the signalling system at Cheltenham Spa (CNM):
Services may be delayed by up to 20 minutes.
Services may be cancelled in both directions between Gloucester (GCR) and Cheltenham Spa (CNM).
We expect the incident to last until 13:00 and disruption to services is expected until 13:00.
What's Happened?
We have been made aware of signalling problems at Cheltenham Spa, causing a lot of congestion in the area.
Due to the congestion, Transport for Wales services may be cancelled between Gloucester and Cheltenham Spa. Please continue to travel as planned by expect delays and cancellations on your journey. You may also wish to travel later today, once the disruption has cleared and trains are running to their normal schedule.
We apologise for the disruption caused to your journey.

Your ticket can be used on the following alternative routes to help you complete your journey, with the Train Operating Companies listed below at no extra cost:
- Between Cardiff Central and Cheltenham Spa with CrossCountry
These arrangements are in place on services until further notice.
If you decide to travel from a different station due to this disruption and need to return to that station later, you will also be able to use your existing ticket to do this at no extra cost.
Customers can also use local bus services to complete journeys where possible at no extra cost between Gloucester and Cheltenham Spa:
- 94, 94X, 95, 95X with Stagecoach

Services will be cancelled in both directions between Swansea (SWA) and Llandrindod (LLO).
We expect the incident to last until the end of the day and disruption to services is expected from 14:49 until the end of the day.
What's Happened?
Due to a shortage of trains, fewer trains are able to run between Swansea and Llandrindod in both directions.
The following services will be cancelled and will be replaced by road transport:
- 14:49 Swansea to Llandrindod with road replacement transport being provided by Gower.
- 17:33 Llandrindod to Swansea with road replacement transport being provided by AC Jenkins.
- 17:47 Swansea to Llandrindod with road replacement transport being provided by Francis.
- 20:27 Llandrindod to Swansea with road replacement transport being provided by Gower.

We have limited road transport at both Swansea and Llandrindod running in both directions between Swansea and Llandrindod provided by Gower. Francis and AC Jenkins, to help you complete your journey, at no extra cost.
These arrangements are in place on services until the end of the day.
Road Transport will take longer than rail services.
Please allow extra time to complete your journey.

Pay as you go customers
If all or part of your journey requires a rail replacement bus, please tap in at your origin station and tap out at your destination. If you need to tap out at a gateline after travelling on a rail replacement bus, our station colleagues can assist. You can also add any missing taps using our app or website.
Pay as you go is only valid on Transport for Wales and CrossCountry services, even where we state you can use your original ticket at no extra cost with other train operators or local bus operators. If you travel with another operator or on a local bus service, you must first tap out at the same station within one hour of tapping in and buy an alternative ticket before boarding.
If you wish to abandon your journey, please tap out at the same station within one hour of tapping in.

What's Happened?
We apologise for temporary disruption on the route between Cardiff Bay and Pontypridd.
If travelling from stations between Pontypridd and Cathays, please change at Cardiff Queen Street for services to Cardiff Bay.
Customers can use local bus services between Pontypridd and Cardiff to help you complete your journey, at no extra cost between Tuesday 29th September - Saturday 3rd October:
- 24 and 25 Cardiff Bus services.
- 132 Stagecoach
