Save time with our InPost Lockers
Send, receive and return your parcels on the move
We all know how annoying it can be when your parcel arrives while you’re in work or out enjoying some leisure time. That’s why we’ve joined forces with InPost to bring secure parcel lockers to stations across our network. You can use them to send, receive and return parcels while you’re on the move.
Order your parcels to any InPost Locker and collect them at the start or end of your journey. No more waiting around for the postman or missing that catch-up with friends. It’s quick and easy - just scan, tap and go! It’s also good for the environment as it means fewer dashes to the Parcel Shop by car to pick up that missed delivery.
Using an InPost Locker couldn’t be easier. Just visit their website to find your nearest locker. Here’s some information to get you started.
How to send or return a parcel with InPost
If you're returning or sending a Vinted parcel, you'll either receive a digital QR code (no printer necessary) or a printable label with a barcode. If you've received a QR code, scan the code at the Locker and follow the instructions on the screen and that's it - no label needed.
If you've received a barcode on a label, print and securely attach it to your parcel. Scan it at the Locker and follow the on-screen instructions.
For more information, visit the InPost website.
How to collect orders from an InPost Locker
Once your parcel has been delivered to the Locker, InPost will send you your collection code and instructions by email.
You can pick up your parcel by scanning the QR code or entering your phone number and collection code. If you've got the InPost app, you can collect your parcel with one tap using the remote opening feature. The InPost app is available to download here.
How long do I have to collect my parcel?
You’ll have three days to pick up your parcel once it’s been delivered. We’ll send you a reminder when there are 24 hours left and send it back to the seller if it’s not collected in time. More information is available here.
Using the InPost app
The InPost app enables contactless collection and shows you live compartment availability, meaning you can check which small, medium and large compartments are free in nearby lockers. With just a tap you can track all your InPost parcels in one place, find your nearest lockers and collect parcels using only your phone. Read more about the InPost app on their website.
