Transport for Wales Gender pay gap report 2024
Over the last three years, we have seen a downward trend in our gender pay gap. However, this year, TfW Group experienced a slight increase in the median gender pay gap-an outcome we find deeply disappointing. In contrast, TfW Rail made progress by narrowing the median pay gap by 2.1 percentage points.
