Due to more trains than usual needing repairs at the same time between Newport (South Wales) (NWP) and Ebbw Vale Parkway (EBV):
Services may be cancelled in both directions between Newport (South Wales) (NWP) and Ebbw Vale Town (EBB).
We expect the incident to last until 22:00 and disruption to services is expected from 07:00 until 22:00.
Due to a shortage of trains, fewer trains are able to run between Pye Corner and Ebbw Vale Town.
Our services from Newport heading towards Ebbw Vale Town are cancelled until the end of the day. Please note, our Cardiff Central to Ebbw Vale Town services are currently unaffected.
Customers who wishes to travel by rail are advised to travel on next available service to Cardiff Central to connect with our Ebbw Vale Town services, departing Cardiff Central hourly at XX:06
We are currently sourcing road transport to run between Newport and Pye Corner.
