 | Order a First Class meal (Premier Service only): See which seasonal favourites get your taste buds watering from the fine dining menu on your table. Will it be two or three courses? Let your host know and pay by card. |

What food and drink is available onboard?
From seasonal fine dining in First Class to hearty cooked breakfasts, lighter options or tasty nibbles from the trolley. We’ve got a mouthwatering range of food and drink for you to tuck into.
Which services have food and drink?
Our First Class dining service and food bar are currently only available on our Premier Service between Cardiff and Holyhead and Cardiff and Manchester.
We’ll usually provide a trolley service with a range of tasty snacks and hot and cold drinks on the following routes:
- Carmarthen <> Manchester Piccadilly
- Cardiff Central <> Holyhead
- Aberystwyth <> Birmingham International
- Llandudno Junction <> Manchester Airport
- Holyhead <> Birmingham International
All our onboard food and drink services are subject to availability.
Can I bring my own food and drink onboard?
Yes, you can bring your own food and drink on the train.
Are there allergy-free, gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian options?
Yes, we’ve got allergy-free, gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian options that don’t compromise one bit on flavour. Ask your onboard host to find out what’s available.
Is there food and drink for children?
While we don’t have a specific children’s menu, our trolley service and food bar have snacks and drinks suitable for children. Ask your onboard host to find out what’s available.
We update our menu with the seasons to keep things fresh. Some items may not always be available.
