Due to a tree blocking the railway at Pantyffynnon (PTF):
Services may be delayed by up to 30 minutes.
We expect the incident to last until 20:30 and disruption to services is expected until 22:30.
What's Happened?
We have been made aware of a tree on the line at Pantyfynnon.
For safety, train services will run more slowly through the area.
This is affecting services on our Heart of Wales - Shrewsbury to Swansea line, We expect the last service affected to be the 18:35 from Shrewsbury (20:27 from Llandrindod) which may be delayed by up to 30minutes. Please continue to travel as planned but expect delays on jour journey.
Our colleagues at Network Rail are on site and working to clear the obstruction.
We will publish more information here, once we have received an update from Network Rail.
