Update: Incident due to a safety inspection of the track between Tenby (TEN) and Pembroke Dock (PMD) until further notice.

Due to a safety inspection of the track between Tenby (TEN) and Pembroke Dock (PMD):

Services will be cancelled in both directions between Tenby (TEN) and Pembroke Dock (PMD).

We expect the incident to last until further notice and disruption to services is expected from 11:00 until the end of the day.

We have organised buses to run between Tenby, Pembroke Dock and when required to Carmarthen to assist customers to complete journeys where possible at no extra cost. These will arrive at Tenby at approximately 11:00 and at Pembroke Dock at approximately 11:40 provided by Evans Coaches.

These arrangements are in place on services until end of day and will replace our train service in both directions between Tenby and Pembroke Dock.

Road Transport will take longer than rail services. Please allow extra time to complete your journey.

Update: Incident due to a fault with the signalling system between Crewe (CRE) and Chester (CTR) until 14:00.

Due to a fault with the signalling system between Crewe (CRE) and Chester (CTR):

Services may be delayed by up to 20 minutes.

We expect the incident to last until 14:00 and disruption to services is expected until 15:00.

We have been made aware of a signalling problem between Chester and Crewe.

For safety, train services will be running more slowly than normal through the area, with residual delays of around 20 minutes to be expected.

Our colleagues at Network Rail are aware of the problem and Technicians are currently at the site of the affected signalling.

We will publish more information here, once we have received an update from the infrastructure technicians.
