Due to the emergency services dealing with an incident at Birmingham New Street (BHM):

We expect the incident to last until 14:00 and disruption to services is expected until 14:30.

We have been made aware of emergency services dealing with an incident on-board a Transport for Wales service at Birmingham New Street station.

Until the incident has cleared, our services from Birmingham New Street to Shrewsbury will be unable to run.

Our services between Birmingham New Street and Shrewsbury are disrupted.

Please note that services between Birmingham New Street and Shrewsbury are also affected by a points failure in the Wolverhampton area. More information regarding this incident can be found here - All updates | Transport for Wales

We expect the incident to be cleared by 14:00. Train services may be cancelled or delayed in the area until approximately 14:30.

Due to a points failure between Wolverhampton (WVH) and Shrewsbury (SHR):

We expect the incident to last until 14:30 and disruption to services is expected until 15:30.

We have been made aware of a points failure in the Wolverhampton area, on the Shrewsbury - Birmingham route.

Until the incident has cleared, our services will be unable to run.

Our services between Shrewsbury and Birmingham International are disrupted in both directions.

We expect the incident to be cleared by 14:30. Train services may be cancelled or delayed in the area until approximately 15:30.

Please be aware that West Midlands Railway, Avanti West Coast and CrossCountry are also affected by this incident. You can check your journey with any operator at tfw.wales.
