FAQs

Can I take a pram on the train?

Yes. We have plenty of storage for prams, buggies and push chairs. We kindly ask that you fold them if you can when you’re on the train.

Can I heat a bottle on board?

We don’t tend to offer these facilities due to the power of our equipment exceeding standard kitchen appliances.

Are there baby changing facilities?

It depends on your specific train or station. You can look these up before travelling, but where possible, we do offer these facilities.
