Due to a fault with the signalling system between Shrewsbury (SHR) and Birmingham International (BHI):
Services may be delayed by up to 10 minutes.
We expect the incident to last until 09:30 and disruption to services is expected until 11:00.
We have been made aware of a signalling problem between Shrewsbury and Birmingham. For safety, train services will be running more slowly than normal through the area, with residual delays of around 10 minutes to be expected. Please continue to travel as planned, but expect delays and cancellations on your journey.
Our colleagues at Network Rail are aware of the problem and Technicians are currently en route to the affected area.
We will publish more information here, once we have received an update from the infrastructure technicians.
