Bangor Ramblers Cymru route

- Exit the station and take the road to your left heading uphill. Just past the bus stop take the first left signed convent lane. Follow the lane uphill, past the schools and you will eventually come out on the main road next to Coleg Menai and the University Halls of Accommodation.
- Turn right then take the left after the accommodation buildings. This will lead you uphill on Victoria park. The road bends left passing staff car parking and the International College. Follow the road round to the right and follow Menai avenue downhill to meet Holyhead road and a view of the Menai Strait.
- When you meet the main road turn right then take the smaller road off to the left. (Ffordd Siliwen) This road leads you all the way to the Pier. There are some lovely areas of parkland where you can come off the road briefly and also benches to stop and rest.
- There are public toilets just before the pier. There is a small entry fee to go on the pier itself for adults, it’s free for children.
To return follow same route back to the station.
