  1. With your back to the station and facing Weatherspoons turn left down embankment road. Take the ramp to the right of the road and follow the path along the wetland area. When this opens out and meets the road again keep right still following the edge of the wetland area.
  2. After approximately 250m take the footpath on the left, taking you past the school. When you meet the houses and the road go straight over until you get to the beach. Turn left either walking along the prom or on the beach itself.
  3. When the road turns sharp left you can take the option to do an out and back walk to the rocky outcrop. To do this follow the grassy path straight on just above the beach. This takes you to Crochan Berw which translates as boiling cauldron. A lovely rocky outcrop just above the sea.
  4. Return by the same route and when you meet the prom again turn right heading back towards the town centre.
  5. After approx. 250m take a path to the right. This short flat loop round the inner harbour is a great area to look at the boats in the marina. Keep the water on your right and keep following the path round. You will soon come back to the road where you can turn right and follow the road back to the station.
