Announcements
This page provides access to the readily available Ruth announcement files, Eryl and Elin announcement files and Class 175 announcement files. We have taken the decision to publish these files as a courtesy to the many rail enthusiasts requesting them through the Freedom of Information Act.
It should however be noted that extraction and publication of any and all other announcement sound files would be a very large piece of work. Transport for Wales cannot justify the time or cost it would take to complete this work for the interests of the few.
We hope you will understand our position and appreciate the work already carried out to give access to these files.
