Our values are at the heart of what we do

  • We are one
One network, one timetable, one ticket, one team. Across all we do, we share a single goal: to positively transform travel, however someone chooses to make their journey.

  • We do the right thing
We're safe, sustainable, cost-effective and convenient. And that's why our decisions always focus on these four things. People's experience is central to all we do and this is how we make sure it's always as positive as possible. Even in challenging situations.

  • We challenge ourselves
We're not just here for today, we're also firmly focused on the future. That means finding better and better ways to do things as we go. We encourage one another to perform at our best and improve, continually.
