TfW Rail Ltd Board

The TfW Rail Ltd Board oversees all the activities of TfW Rail Ltd, and seeks assurance that TfW Rail Ltd's statutory functions are carried out effectively and efficiently.

The Board ensures effective arrangements are in place to provide assurance on governance; addresses any strategic and significant issues affecting the operations of TfW Rail Ltd in delivering its aims and objectives; and oversees implementation of the Board Strategy.

It steers, scrutinises and challenges the effectiveness and efficiency of TfW Rail Ltd's performance, with a view to ensuring it's future and the vision of creating a transport network of which Wales is proud. The TfW Rail Ltd Board meets on a four weekly basis.
